Tiana Moore , PhD
Research and Policy Senior Analyst
Prior to joining BHHI, Tiana worked in higher education leading a broad portfolio of diversity, equity, and inclusion programs and initiatives and as a researcher studying the impact of housing on the well-being of families and children. Tiana’s research examines dimensions of housing that influence the well-being of children and families. More specifically, her research examines the experiences and outcomes of public and affordable housing residents, as well as families with children who experience forced residential moves. Tiana is excited to return to her home state of California to continue housing and health research-to-policy advocacy efforts. Tiana earned her PhD in Developmental Psychology and MS in Applied Statistics from Columbia University. She is a graduate of Stanford University, where she earned both her BA in Human Biology and her MA in Sociology.
