Megan Lynch, MS

Program Manager, Amend

Megan Lynch earned her MS in Conflict and Dispute Resolution from the University of Oregon and her BA in Psychology from the University of Maine. Megan has over 10 years of experience working with correctional systems throughout the US. She has monitored conditions of confinement in prisons and jails in California and Arizona as a part of impact litigation, with a focus on conditions impacting vulnerable populations. She then developed, implemented, and led a first-of-its-kind discretionary parole hearing preparation program. She has also contributed to the advancement of criminal justice research for more than five years as a member of the UCSF IRB.
