David Cloud, MPH

David H. Cloud has more than 10 years of experience conducting research and working with government and community-based organizations address complex issues at the intersection of public health, drug policy, and mass incarceration. He is trained in law, public health, and psychology, and applies principles of human rights, social justice, and harm reduction to advance changes in law and policy to promote health equity among people impacted by the criminal legal system. He has a law degree from Villanova University Law School, an MPH from Columbia University, and is a PhD candidate at the Emory University. He lives in Atlanta, Georgia.
