Join us on Thursday, October 10, 2019, 10:00 – 4:00 for the UCSF ASPIRE Symposium, the first conference at UCSF dedicated exclusively to understanding the needs and capacity of UCSF to conduct effective patient-centered, community-engaged, and other forms of stakeholder-engaged research. Come listen to new information and perspectives from an international expert Dr. Nina Wallerstein, UCSF researchers, patients, and community leaders. Participate in sessions to create institutional solutions and pitch them to institutional leaders. This Symposium will take place at the Helen Diller Cancer Center in Mission Bay. Accelerating Systematic Stakeholder, Patient, and Institution Research Engagement (ASPIRE) is funded by the Patient-Centered Outcomes Research Institute (PCORI). The goal of ASPIRE is to create efficient, impactful and sustainable institutional support for patient and other stakeholder engagement in research that advances health equity.
